Santawana Rashi

On natural death of card holder, his/her nominee should submit an application (Performa to be taken from any of our branches) along with death certificate of Card Holder, Ration Card/Voter Id Card, Age Certificate, Original Insurance Policy, Privilege card, Bond (if issued) etc be submitted to any of our nearby branches (truly certified). After verification of documents and if found correct, the nominee of the card holder would be given Rs. 5000/- by cheque within 30 days. Card holder is not taking any treatment at the time of registration. The claim for Santawana Rashi will be applicable for originally registered card holder after lapse of three months but within three years from the date of joining. This benefit is not applicable for transfer cases. Santawana Rashi is only applicable in case of natural death and Suicide cases are not covered under it.
